Damaged or Defective Returns
Products received damaged or defective should be reported upon receipt so that we can setup a return for you. We will be happy to have the item reshipped or refunded, whichever you prefer.
Other Returns
All other returns must be made within 30 days and in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We only sell new items, so we are unable to accept used products. Some customer returns may include a restocking fee. Restocking fees, when applicable, are determined based on the product ordered and set based on the manufacturer's return charges.
